Right now, Dormva ships to the United States only. We'd rather do one thing well than promise the world and let you down.

How long it takes We pack and send your order within 1–2 business days. From there, it typically takes 5–11 business days to reach you.

What it costs Free. Every order, no minimum. The price you see is the price you pay — any duties or taxes are already built in, so nothing extra shows up at your door.

Tracking You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Give it 3–5 business days to start updating.

If something goes wrong Address typo? Package stuck somewhere? Email hello@dormva.com right away and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund for anything confirmed lost.
