Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.
  • A flat shipping fee may apply to orders under $50, displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees and import taxes may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@dormva.com. We will offer a replacement or full refund for confirmed lost packages.
