At Dormva, we are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a 60-Night Free Trial. Try it in your own home — if you're not completely satisfied for any reason, simply return it for a full refund.

Our 60-Night Trial

We believe you need time to truly experience our products. That's why every purchase comes with a 60-night trial period, starting from the date of delivery.

If at any point during those 60 nights you are not 100% satisfied, contact us and we will arrange a hassle-free return and full refund — no questions asked.

How to Return

  • Email us at hello@dormva.com within 60 nights of delivery.
  • Let us know your order number and the reason (optional — no questions asked!).
  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Eligibility

  • Trial is valid for 60 nights from the date of delivery.
  • One return per customer per product.
  • Items must be returned in reasonable condition (normal trial use is perfectly fine).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 60-night trial period.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents beyond normal use.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@dormva.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@dormva.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
